Cooke’s Customs LLC will not be responsible for verbal mistakes when quoting a job, estimates are given in good faith and are based on the current information Cooke’s Customs has at the time the estimate is given; all estimates are subject to change. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or costs, we will notify you if there needs to be a cost adjustment or if delays occur. We reserve the right to refuse any work or vehicle for any reason. You as the customer agree to make the full payment prior to the release of the vehicle and/or product. Any invoice not paid at the time of pickup is considered past-due and the customer is responsible for all collection fees, attorney, court costs and interest applied. If customer fails to make full payment then customer authorizes Cooke’s Customs to remove the window film installed. By accepting the product or vehicle you are accepting the job as complete and that the performance is satisfactory, you are responsible for inspecting the product and/or vehicle upon receipt. Customer must contact Cooke’s Customs involving any work in dispute and after investigation, if an error is found on our behalf we will make appropriate corrections. Cooke’s Customs is not responsible for loss or damages to vehicle or articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility for consequential damages or loss of any kind related to the sale, installation, or delivery of our products. All vehicles must be brought to us clean and free of existing window film material and if not, a removal and cleaning fee will be applied. Film removal can be very time-consuming and costly and is billed as such. Cooke’s Customs is not responsible for the condition of the surface the car is brought to us in, any existing scratches, cracks or other damage will be visible through the film and such surface damage or imperfections may damage the film, cause film to fail prematurely or the window film may not adhere to the surface at all. We are not responsible for broken windows if there is prior damage before installation of the film. Window film comes in many different shades, colors, and options and is SOLELY SELECTED BY THE CUSTOMER and installed at THEIR request. COOKE’S CUSTOMS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMER’S CHOICE IN FILM OR FOR BUYER’S REMORSE. We are not responsible for any consequences and/or action taken against the customer regarding the shade or color of the window film installed. This form shows that you have been advised that if the film installed is illegal, Cooke’s Customs is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any legal issues arising due to STREET USE. In most cases, bubbles and/or haziness will subside in 30 days however if you see any areas of concern please return to our location with the vehicle so we can see the film firsthand and be able to address any issues. Cooke’s Customs is the installation company ONLY, we are not the manufacturer of the film.
